Living in Ecopark
Schools for your kids, clinics, supermarkets, buses: what to know before you move in
Buying a home is not just about choosing a unit. Hoa has pulled together the questions clients ask most when considering Ecopark: which school the kids will attend, where to see a doctor when someone is ill, which supermarket is closest, how to get into Hanoi. The lists are organised by zone so you can picture daily life in the exact zone you plan to buy in.

Frequently asked questions
Is there an international school in Ecopark?
Yes. Uppingham Hung Yen, a British international school, teaches the English curriculum (GCSE, A level) to K-12 students and takes students from the 2026–2027 school year. There are also Edison School and Doan Thi Diem Greenfield.
Which zone should I buy in if I want my kids to walk to school?
It depends on the school you choose. Hoa usually suggests choosing the school first and then the building: every zone has a kindergarten nearby, but the distance to primary and secondary schools varies by zone. Message Hoa (WhatsApp/Zalo) for a specific comparison.
Is life in Ecopark convenient without a car?
Inside the township there is the Ecobus for residents, bicycles and ride-hailing. To Hanoi there are buses 69, 47A and 47B. If you commute into the city every day, allow extra time at rush hour.
Where can I see a doctor in the evening?
Inside the township there is Kusumi Hospital and many private clinics; some clinics handle basic emergencies out of hours. Save the number of a clinic near your home when you move in.
